Greg founded 3 Oaks Partners after more than two decades managing money inside large institutions. At Northern Trust Asset Management he led a large-cap growth strategy and built the firm’s thematic growth investment process, managing more than $1 billion. At Sabal Trust he led the Dividend Growth strategy, also managing more than $1 billion. At PNC Institutional Asset Management he served as an institutional Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) for foundations, endowments, nonprofits, hospitals, corporations, and retirement trusts, overseeing more than $500 million. 

3 Oaks Partners began as a private family office, built to run his own capital the way he had run institutional money for twenty-five years. He now does that same work for fewer than fifty families, with one difference that matters: you work with the person who actually manages your money, and he owns what he recommends.

Justin Wai, CFA, CAIA, brings deep expertise in equity research, dividend growth, and low-volatility, deep-value investing. He co-managed dividend growth portfolios alongside Greg at Sabal Trust and continued there for five years after. Justin’s disciplined, capital-preservation approach is a deliberate complement to Greg’s high-conviction growth process, giving clients two independent investment lenses rather than one. He also provides the firm’s continuity of care, so your relationship is never dependent on a single person.
